How do payments work?

Payment is required at the time of ordering and is processed securely online.

Payments are securely processed by Helcim, an industry-leading and trusted payment provider. Lunchday does not store full credit card details.

Are there service fees?

Lunchday does not charge parents a service fee at checkout.

A 1% service fee is billed directly to the school and supports the operation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the Lunchday platform.
Payment processing fees are separate from the service fee and are also billed to the school. We continually work to secure the most competitive processing rates available.

Are there payment processing fees?

Payment processing fees reflect the charges applied by our payment processor and are included as part of the transaction. Payments are securely processed by Helcim.

Does Lunchday handle refunds?

No. Lunchday does not process refunds. All refund requests must be directed to the school’s lunch administrator using the contact email provided on the ordering page.

Who prepares and delivers the food?

Meals are prepared and delivered by the school’s chosen lunch provider. Lunchday does not prepare, package, or deliver food.

Who should I contact if I have a question?

For questions about menus, orders, allergies, or refunds, please contact the school using the email address listed on the ordering page.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed using industry-standard security practices through Helcim. Lunchday does not store full credit card details.

Who owns and operates Lunchday?

Lunchday.ca is independently owned and operated by Revive Web Designs, a British Columbia–based company.
