By accessing or using the Lunchday.ca service (“Lunchday”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Lunchday provides an online platform that facilitates the ordering and payment of school lunches. Lunchday acts as a technology provider and intermediary between parents, schools, and school-approved food vendors.

Lunchday does not prepare, package, or deliver food and does not control food quality, portion sizes, allergens, or food safety practices. These responsibilities remain with the school and its chosen lunch provider.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Lunchday immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Lunchday is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access caused by user actions or failure to secure login information.

4. Orders, Payments, and Service Fees

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and school-defined deadlines. Prices, menus, and availability are set by the school or its food vendor and may change.

Lunchday provides the ordering and payment platform only. Lunchday does not prepare food and does not pay food vendors directly. Payment distribution and vendor compensation are managed by the school.

A small service fee is applied to each order to support the operation, maintenance, and payment processing of the platform. Service fees are non-refundable.

Lunchday does not issue refunds. Refund requests or order issues must be directed to the school’s lunch administrator.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunchday and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service.

Lunchday’s total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by the user for the applicable order.

6. Changes to These Terms

Lunchday reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
